• THERE IS A NON REFUNDABLE $50 DEPOSIT REQUIRED FOR ALL SERVICES TO SECURE YOUR APPOINTMENT (NO EXCEPTIONS)💳
•ONCE YOUR DEPOSIT IS PAID, YOUR APPOINTMENT IS CONFIRMED AND THE REMAINING BALANCE IS DUE in CASH UPON YOUR ARRIVAL FOR YOUR SERVICE.
• PLEASE BRING CASH ONLY 💵WHEN ARRIVING TO APPOINTMENTS (CARDS WILL BE ACCEPTED BUT AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF $2 IS REQUIRED!)
• EACH CLIENT IS GRANTED A 15 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD ( I DO UNDERSTAND THINGS HAPPEN)
• AFTER GRACE PERIOD (15MIN AFTER APPT START TIME, I HAVE THE RIGHT TO DENY SERVICES AND/OR REQUEST FULL PAYMENT FOR YOUR SERVICE ALTHOUGH YOU MAY NEED TO RESCHEDULE.
• EACH CLIENT HAS 24 HOURS TO CANCEL/RESCHEDULE APPOINTMENT IN ORDER TO BYPASS CANCELLATION FEE OF 50% OF TOTAL SERVICE FEE.
• IF CLIENT DOESN'T CANCEL 24 HOURS OUTSIDE OF THEIR APPOINTMENT, YOU WILL RECEIVE A FAREWELL MESSAGE CONFIRMING THAT I WILL NO LONGER BE ABLE TO OFFER YOU SERVICE.
• NO CALL/NO SHOW FOR APPOINTMENTS ARE FRIGHTFUL. JUST COMMUNICATE THAT YOU'RE OK AND JUST NEED TIME TO PROPERLY PLAN. OR ELSE I'LL ASSUME YOU DIED.😩🤦🏾♀️
• I LOVE THE KIDS, THEY'RE ADORBS😍😍, BUT MOM YOU NEED A BREAK AND SO DO I. PLEASE COMMUNICATE TO YOUR LOVED ONES THAT YOU NEED THIS SPECIAL TIME TO GROOM YOURSELF FREE OF CHILDREN BECAUSE YOU DESERVE IT.
The book is automatically open to the maximum days allowed at any given time that you look online. Therefore, if you see no availability, then there is no availability. Please do not text or call me with any inquiries regarding dates that are open to the public for viewing. You must check back online periodically for any cancellations or openings.
GREYED OUT DATES = Booked, unavailable, closed, or not open yet for booking.
——— DEPOSITS must be paid via Cash App or Quickpay/Zelle. Check your email within 12 hours of booking. The deposit is due upon receipt to keep the appt and allows you 3days before the appointment is canceled.
——— Remaining balance is due in CASH ONLY at the beginning of service. CashApp, Zelle, etc. is not accepted for payment of balances.

Deposits are non-refundable/non-transferable unless the error is mine. - Don’t book if you're not prepared to pay the deposit within 24 hours. The invoice for the deposit is sent to the email you provide at booking. Bank account deposits will be cancelled along with the appt. If cancelled once for non-payment, you are given 1hr to rebook. Balance due in CASH ONLY before service. No exceptions. - 4 INCHES in length all around (baby hair is ok). If less than 4 inches, your appt is cancelled upon arrival and the deposit is non-refundable. - Please read the service description under the service chosen. Failure to come prepared can and will result in a cancelled appt or additional charge. NO EXCEPTIONS - Hair is included -
4yrs and up ONLY; no extra people while being serviced.
** Do NOT book if your edges are at all weak or obsolete**
Hair must be clean and free of oils prior to arrival unless you have also selected a shampoo deluxe for your service. If not, the appt is subject to an additional charge or cancelled if additional time is needed. ** Price starts at mid back ((above bra line in the back) ; longer length additional cost and must be noted in "notes" WHEN BOOKING **
Any additional requests will render a service fee. There are no exceptions.
Hair MUST BE STRAIGHTENED with a blow dryer from roots to end; hair unprepared is subject to an additional charge or cancellation.
Cell Phones/Mobile Devices
In effort to give you the best service and best quality makeup application, please refrain from excessive use of cell phones and/or mobile devices.

Late Cancellation, No Call No-Show, and Tardiness Policy
All retainer fees and any other payments made towards appts are non-refundable. A valid credit/debit card must be on file to confirm appointment. A $10 late fee will be applied to your bill after a 15 minute grace period. Appointments may be subject to cancellation after 20min and you will be charged for the remaining balance +late fee. Requesting to cancel less than 24 hours prior to your appointment will result in being charged up to 50% of your remaining balance.

No Children/Extra Guest Policy
No Children allowed unless being serviced and no extra guests. The client will not be able to receive services if this policy is not followed. For any questions, feel free to email me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
